Offered here is a beautiful sterling silver heart pendant that's plated with gold and features 7 marquise cut genuine sapphires. The other side features an illusion diamond area. Typically, there is at least 1 real diamond amongst the illusion sections, however there are NO DIAMONDS in this piece. The pendant is approximately the size of a quarter.
