Beautiful vintage Royal Doulton porcelain figurine depicting a woman named Lady Chairman in a green dress with a red shawl, and a green bonnet with a blue bow and red underside. She is holding a basket of flowers in her left hand and a yellow flower in her right hand. The figurine was made in England by Royal Doulton. The bottom is stamped with the Royal Doulton mark, Lady Chairman and handwritten "AH" "HN1948". The figurine measures approximately 7 3/4" tall.
